Nooblety
Nooblety is an immersive game that transports you into a medieval universe set in Amboise during the Renaissance, spanning until the early Wars of Religion (1450–1574). You start off as a young peasant, but your goal is to climb the social ranks to become a respected noble.

We used Unity to develop the game, leveraging its powerful engine and tools to create an immersive and interactive experience for players.
C#
C# was the primary programming language used in the development of the game, allowing us to create complex game logic and interactions.
My role in the project
Project manager
- Coordinated the development team and ensured that tasks were completed on time.
- Managed the git repository and resolved conflicts during the development process.
- Oversaw the integration of assets and features into the game to maintain consistency and quality.
- Planned meetings and discussions to align the team's vision and goals for the project.
Developer
- Movement system: Implemented the character movement system, allowing players to explore the game world freely.
- Dialog system: Developed the dialog system for interactions with NPCs, enabling players to engage with characters and progress through the story.
- Camera control: Programmed the camera control system to provide players with a dynamic and immersive view of the game environment.
- Win condition: Designed and implemented the win condition for the game, defining the criteria for players to achieve victory and complete the game.
- Gameplay mechanics: Created various gameplay mechanics and systems to enhance the player experience and provide engaging challenges.
- Windmill: Implemented the windmill animation
- Weather vanes: Implemented the weather vanes animation
- NPCs: Implemented the NPCs behavior and interactions
- Some visual effects: chimney smoke, water mill, dynamic water, falling leaves, etc.

Game overview
The game is set in the town of Amboise, a bustling medieval city during the Renaissance period. Your character is born as a humble peasant, and you have the freedom to choose how they will grow and evolve. You can focus on maximizing profits by selling crops and livestock, or take on the challenging path of building a network of relationships and a strong reputation among the different social classes. Once your character’s life comes to an end, they will leave behind a son, and you will then take control of the next generation’s fate.
With the resources and reputation accumulated by the previous character, you’ll be able to choose a new occupation for the son. This new character, born with different opportunities, can then undertake various quests to gain the favor of the nobility. The game continues with each successive generation until your lineage either reaches the highly coveted noble status or the predetermined number of generations comes to an end.
